Hemp has a long history and has been around each and every one of us daily for a very long time.
Hemp is found in products such as rope, paper, plastics, textiles, and more. There are approximately 25000 hemp products that are sold daily at grocery stores, clothing stores, pet stores and more. This chart helps explain some of the common uses of hemp.
Though hemp has been around for thousands of years, most still do not understand what hemp has to offer.
Hemp benefits have been well known and utilized by many civilizations throughout millennia. Even right here in the USA, Americans were legally bound to grow hemp as a staple crop during the Colonial Era and Early Republic. Unfortunately, due to Federal rules and regulations established in the 1930's (and again in the 1990's) the entire cannabis family of plants has had a criminal stigma associated to it. This alone has hampered many years of research and development.
The 2018 Hemp Farm Bill has made it clear that Marijuana’s “cousin" (so to speak), Hemp / Hemp-derived cannabidiol (CBD) is now exempt from the Controlled Substances Act (CSA).
The products we focus on developing are made from this version of Hemp. Since Hemp already has very low levels of THC (TetraHydroCannabidiol), along with our critical fluid extraction process and advanced Chemistry knowledge, we distinguish our products from marijuana by rendering the THC far below what is Federally required (less than 0.3%).
In summary, hemp CBD is different from Medical Marijuana
Hemp CBD products are very different from medical marijuana. Properly manufactured CBD products have healing benefits without "getting high".
Our CBD Hemp products have very low levels of TetraHydroCannabidiol (THC) and are non-psychoactive (will not get you high). We take the process to a whole other level of purity by utilizing a twice distillation procedure defined by Ph.D Chemists.
